This Privacy Notice (hereinafter, the "Privacy Notice") sets forth the characteristics and details of the processing of data and personal information provided by users to Casa Babel in connection with the lodging services provided by the latter. This Privacy Notice applies to all personal data collected by Casa Babel through our website, direct booking systems, third-party platforms, email communications, phone calls, and any other means used by guests or potential customers; who will also be subject to our Privacy Notice once they have made contact with us through any of our technological communication means to interact with us.

In accordance with the provisions set forth in Article 15 of the LFPDPPP, Casa Babel collects information that allows us to provide personalized services and enhance the lodging experience of our guests. In that sense, the personal data collected include, but are not limited to, the person's name, official identification, email address, phone number, payment information, tax information, and stay preferences.
Use of Personal Data
The personal data collected will be used exclusively for the following purposes:

Casa Babel commits not to share, sell, rent, transfer, or disclose personal data provided by its guests or clients to unrelated third parties, except in the following cases:

Service providers and business partners working with Casa Babel for the operation of the property and the provision of services, who are also contractually obligated to comply with this Privacy Notice and the applicable laws in force regarding the protection of personal data held by private parties.
II. When required by law, by a judicial order issued by a competent authority, or to respond to legal processes.
III. To protect the rights, property, or safety of Casa Babel, our guests, or the general public, in accordance with applicable laws.

Casa Babel implements technical, physical, and administrative security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, it is important to recognize that no data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage method is 100% secure.

Exercise of "ARCO" Rights by Guests
In accordance with the provisions set forth in the LFPDPPP, guests have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (hereinafter, the "ARCO Rights") regarding the use of personal data provided to Casa Babel. Any request related to the exercise of the ARCO Rights should be directed to our customer service team, through the following email address reservas@casabebl.com.mx. In the email, the guest who is the holder of the ARCO Rights in question must indicate and specify which right they wish to exercise, as well as their identity; otherwise, the request will not be addressed.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
Casa Babel reserves the right to modify this document at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately after their publication on our website. In case of changes or modifications to this Privacy Notice, Casa Babel will notify the holders of the personal data via email, thirty days in advance of the entry into force of such changes or modifications.
